Are you drinking a lot of water? I find that my stix show trace or moderate, when I know (by carb count and bad breath), that I am in keto, because I drink a lot of water (more so now). Are you having any other symptoms? The stix can be wrong.

Wow that is a great loss! How have you felt? I think I have noticed during periods where I get my carbs consistently low for a few days, I feel pretty crappy, but then I lose the most weight during those periods. So I assume it's my body pushing out the weight, and am curious if it's unique to me or a general concept. Thx.

Increased activity in some people does cause increased appetite. I think the myth the OP is trying to deflate is that "8 glasses" is some magic number for weight loss, not that water is not a benefit. At least, that's my take after reading the linked article.

I was going to say possibly overtraining or too few calories. Your body needs adequate rest and fuel. Too low calories or reduced carbs will make your workouts harder . Take a look at your food log for the past 3 weeks and see if that's it.
