My first thoughts on reading the post title were "if there is a slug in your lettuce, you shouldn't eat it" :laugh: Google tells me it is a restaurant. As for your salad, as the previous poster said you will just have to estimate it. Watch things like cheese & croutons that restaurants like to put on salad....:smile:

I am also 5"8 and used to wear size 24. I am now in size 6 pants and around a Medium for tops. Some of my weight loss was prior to joining MFP. You can do this! :smile:

How to narrow it down to just one? The Fly (Jeff Goldblum version) freaks me out but I wouldn't call it my favorite. Dawn of the Dead ('78 version) though the remake's pretty good too...I liked Cube, does Shawn of the Dead count as comedy or horror? :smile:

I am the same age as you and going through the same thing! Three days late, not sure if it is diet & exercise (I believe mine are fairly moderate, nothing overly extreme). Not sure if it is related to low estrogen which apparently I have, early menopause or if the dollarama pregnancy tests I took are not really 99%…

I thought is was just my body being weird! Definitely have noticed my underarms have changed, and are harder to shave. Was in the shower the other day and thinking "WTF, I understand you can't direct where you lose weight from, but my underarms? Really body, can you lose weight from my stomach, or upper arms instead"...…

Eat more! :bigsmile: You have calories leftover pretty much everyday. MFP already builds in a calorie deficit. I agree with the other posters about upping your protein. I was feeling this way today! Especially when people want to know specifically how much weight I have lost (105lbs ish) felt like blinking back tears at one point... Glad I'm not the only one. :-)

I am lucky to have access to a nice fitness centre in the office building I work in for free. No classes though. (Well they offer them but are quite expensive). Thank you everyone! Sometimes I get my head caught up trying to figure out what is best in terms of sodium, fat, "natural", calories etc. that a fairly easy solution - buy two jars of peanut butter, natural for myself and a tub of regular for the hubby didn't spring to mind! :smile:

Stephie_lee I like the DVD, good for when I only have time for a quick workout. I do the modified version. :smile: I find some of the routines sometimes a little confusing, but I think it is my lack of coordination rather than the DVD. I just take out from the library. Good workout to squeeze in during naptime! :smile:

I did too - and I wasn't even celebrating the 4th of July. I'm Canadian so not even a holiday, it was just a Wednesday for me but it was still one of my worst days in the red since starting MFP! I have got to get back on track today!! :frown:
