I have cheat days every other weekend and they do not involve food! I usually cheat by having a few cocktails. Never really realized how many 'liquid' calories I consumed till I started logging it here.

I have decided not to do it. Thanks guys for all the good advice. Going to just keep on with the ecercise and eating healthy! :)
