you're eating clean but the amount of food you're eating might be the problem, I would drop the calories down by 1 or 2 hundred and if your not doing so already start workingout! and remember to write down everything that goes in your mouth, keep going and you will see the results!

Hi guys! am 5'1 I have already lost 44 pounds and need to lose another 50 or 60lbs. I don't think it's harder to lose weight when your shorter however we have to lose more to look thiner, I think because we are short we always look bigger than we really are :(, feel free to add me if you need a friend!

You have made the most important step which is getting back on MFP congratulations! next I would just start logging every thing because you need to know how much cals.. ur taking in, and like the other member said just start moving more. Something I use to do before I really started workingout hard was walking or jogging…

I jump out of bed at 6:00am and jump in my workout clothing and shoes grab the dog and I am out the door within 15 minutes of getting out of the bed, don't think about it, just do it, get up and go!

I agree that logging your cals.. even when your over eating is helpful, you get to see what your eating and it makes you want to do something about it :).

Here is a nice and easy way to do this, your current weight is 138 and you want to go down to 110 just add a 0 to the end of your goal weight and eat that amount every day and you should get to that weight. To be on the safe said eat 1200 cals and do not eat back your exercise cals.. this should get you to where you wanna…

If I am not mistaken it takes 3500 calories over your BMR to gain a pound, so in your case you would have to eat 5055 cals.. to gain 1 pound in a day.

Onless you were eating everything in sight it would be very hard for you to put on 5 pounds that fast, most likely you are holding water and food in your system, maybe you had a lot of salt. My BMR is very close to your's 1513 I think and I went out with the family on Saturday and went off my eating plan for 1 meal on…

I am also a first time juicer! will be juicing for luinch today, I wanted to do a 5 day juice only diet but I ended up eating the fruits and veggies over the weekend. My question is when juicing do I have to only drink the stuff or can I also eat the fruits and veggies? doe's that count as juicing?

I say way to go! if a jump start is what you need then juicing and losing a few pounds fast is a great way to do it. I am down 37 pounds, but have not lost a single pound for the past two weeks, I think juicing for a few days may be a good way to get things moving again.
