I don't normally post in forums anymore, my 1 year anniversary was on 17th Sept 2012 I would share my before & after pictures before after I have gone from 202.8kg to 117.1kg in just under 1 year. Am I happy HELL

runners have less than 50 miles on the clock, I thought at 1st it might be because they were new, you know a break in thing. might try the ice etc, & give them a go without my running socks as they might not agree with the shoes
