I have been doing Turbo Fire, as I feel that I burn more calories during it rather than cardio 1.

I think I just get lazy sometimes and don't want to put the strap on. I will just stick with my strap one, I know it is more accurate. Thanks

Awesome work everyone. I am on week 2 and loving the program, and the fact that it's only 26-33 mins a day works for me :). I usually work out in the gym for 1-1.5hrs and I get more of a workout from this program.
