I have had 3 pregnancies and 4 kids - 1st baby gained 65 pounds (ugh!), 2nd & 3rd babies (twins) I gained 40 pounds, 4th baby I gained 20 pounds. Second and third pregnancy, I left the hospital weighing less than my pre-pregnancy weight. I tried to stay active and made good food choices for both my body and my babies.…

I found a fairly inexpensive tri-suit (Danskin brand, under $50) that I wore for mine. I liked it because it was comfortable and dried quickly. Good luck and have fun!

Awesome post! You know what else I hate about jeans? In one brand I can wear a size 14, but another brand I wear a size 18. Seriously? You are just killing it every day with workouts, eating right, the scale is moving in the right direction and then you get into the fitting room to try on some new jeans in the same size…

You are an inspiration! Thanks for sharing your story!

I am going to give this a whirl. Thanks for sharing!

Had to ask for an airplane seatbelt extender on a business trip while surrounded by co-workers. I was absolutely mortified!

I'm signed up for the 9/7 race in Osh Kosh, WI and am scared to death! I did the Rugged Maniac race on 8/3 which is only about 1/3 of the race and it was challenging....UGH!

I am on week 3 and really like it!! I tried Insanity and hated it because I couldn't do all the moves so I kept getting frustrated. With T25 there is a moderator so if there is a move that I am struggling with, I can follow her. I have lost over 6 inches so far and am pleased with the results!

Focus T25. On day 4 and I love it!

You look incredible and give me hope! I've had 3 c-sections, but the one that did me in was when I delivered my twins...wreaked havoc on my body! I am about halfway to my goal weight and have noticed the pooch is slowly getting smaller, but I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought about a tummy tuck once I hit my goal.

This. Planning is everything! I have a daily commute of 2.5 hours round trip, typically work 50 hours per week, and have a husband and 4 children. We plan and schedule everything! I pack lunches every evening, my husband gets up early and works out in the AM, I work out in the PM, etc. That's the only way this works for me…

I, too, allow myself a large cup of coffee with 2 tablespoon of Walmart brand (Great Value) hazelnut non-dairy creamer. It's 30 calories per tablespoon and I look forward to it every morning!

This used to happen to me as well. I went to a running store to get fitted for new shoes. The salesperson told me that my shoes weren't wide enough. I bought a wider shoe and haven't had an issue since. Good luck!
