I am doing it as well. I am a size 16 and I can run a mile and half now with out stopping.. Just stay dedicated to it.. It gets easier evertime I run. The first day I was out of breath right away.

I started at 246 and I am currently 222. My goal is to get under 200 before the end of July. Right now I am doing the 30 min Shred from JM. Keep doing what your doing and stay positive =).

You are starting out exactly how I am starting out 225 and 5'7... did you see big results at the end? I am also running 2 miles 5 days a week.

Started day 1 of 30 day shred and my legs hurt so much.....but I will continue tomorrow
