I have had similar things done to me, so I CAN believe all this. One night walking home from work, some guys came out of a bar and started moo'ing at me as I walked past. I also had some teenage kids outside a store once laugh and mock me while I walked by into the store. Yeah. Some people are truly cruel and I hope there…

Mine doesn't slip, but then again like other ladies say, I tuck it under my sports bra. Good luck!

I am 5'3" and currently at 146 and trying to get down to 125. I would love to give/have support! Count me in!

The concern to think about in case you want to increase time and/or intensity of those 6 days in a row, do the math and confirm you are fully topping off your stores, or you could easily find yourself at day 6 tearing into muscle breakdown. I've had to make a concerted effort to watch out for that. Just didn't want you…

Things are still going pretty slow for me. My workouts have gotten more intense: Cardio 6 days and weights 3 days. I know from everything I've read that I need to NET above my BMR but I am still unsure if that should be daily or on average. I also wonder if I have my calculations wrong. Here is the spot check for this…

Crossbow and cardio! I am ready!

Excellent, thank you!
-
And the amount above the BMR, should that be for the week or on a daily basis?
-
Agreed! I devised my own schedule too, I wasn't happy with the ones I found. I seem tot do the same as you. Cardio every other day, and then the days I do the circuits I add an HIIT. This is my fisrt week so I am excited to see how it all works out. :)

Because her body will attack her lean muscle mass... When you restrict food intake your body turns to your lean muscle instead for fuel, protecting your fat stores.

What a difference! Your hard work is showing!

Thank you for stating this. I am starting TurboFire/Chalean X tomorrow and was wondering which to do first.Thanks.

Thank you everyone for all your suggestions. I am going to check it out!

Yes I am syncing. When you go to enter in your exercise burn for the day (per HRM), it will ask you for the time and then over write the FB numbers. So you are correct. I am adjusting the numbers. :)

I've got a FitBIt and a Polar HRM. I use my FitBit to see how much I burn in a day, but use my HRM for my exercise calories. I finally just set my goal at about 1750 calories to eat daily and then I keep an eye on my NET number each day to try and make sure it is at least at or above my BMR for the day. My FitBit has shown…

You should read this thread..... There is a huge debate over the amount of calories you should/ should not eat....But this thread truly lays out the proper calculation on how much you NEED to eat each day to lose weight and to avoid stalling. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/538381-in-place-of-a-road-map

Bingo. I roll; out of bed and hit my workout room. And by the time I am done, I am sweaty and red faced and if I were to attempt to do my makeup and hair, it would have been a complete waste of time. But as others have said, if that's what motivates you to workout, then more power to you!

Check out this thread, it is very helpful! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/538381-in-place-of-a-road-map

One more question. Always eat above your BMR no matter what, correct? My Stats: F, 5'3" 147lbs Exercise 6 days a week BF 32.4% Katch-McG BMR 1342 Mod Active = 2018 Very active = 2246 Yesterday my stats were: 1667 eaten 470 exercise cals burned (HRM) Net of 1197. This is below my BMR so I should have eaten at least 150…

I am on week 2 of CLX and I am anxiously waiting for Turbofire to get here so I can start the hybrid schedule! I have found a few different suggested schedules and I am going to go through them tonight to see which one I think I would like the best. ;)

Ditto. I am up at 4:30 to work out, shower and get ready for work. I usually don't eat until around 8am. Though I did just add a snack of chocolate milk for a post work out recovery drink. Today was the first day and I did feel much better afterwards.

I am in the same boat. I am typical. I started at the 1200 mark, bumped it up to 1400 when I found nothing was happening, and now just yesterday, bumped it up to 1600. I have calculated and recalculated and bugged and pleaded and messaged people left and right to see if what I am doing is right. I am just going to cross my…

Fantastic! Thank you for the information. I kept hearing about it and was not sure, but now I am!
