I was wondering about hormones too. I am drinking tons of water yet I still feel bloated and my rings feel tight, especially in the morning, I have yet to start my period. I bet between my age (43) and hormones, it will be a battle.

I am right there with you. I am almost 4 month PP and have not lost an ounce, in fact, I've gained weight!! Arrgh. I just got back to working out and watching my diet a few weeks ago, but so far nothing, zip, zilch. I really thought the weight would 'melt off' with breastfeeding. I am playing with my calories to see what…

Would it be possible to get the excel sheets from you too?? I would really appreciate it! :)

This is great information, thank you so much. I am going to figure out my numbers and only do cardio on my non-lifting days.

Right now I have been doing Pump along with 30 min of cardio, 3 days a week, then about 60 minutes of cardio the other three days, with one rest day a week. Should I concentrate more on the strength training?

Thanks! I am telling myself not to panic, and that it is water weight and my body adjusting. *sigh* I will defeat this and I will be healthy! :)

Just off the top of my head: Protein powder for sure, eggwhites, swap out lentils for some of your carbs, since they are packed with protein as well/ :)

Thank you for this! I have been stuck at the same weight +/- 2 lbs for MONTHS and I am so frustrated! I am going to give this a shot and up my calories, and then when I am done with my current program, I am going to focus more on weight training. I am going to spend some time this weekend reading through these threads.

Thank you so much everyone! Traceepics: The highest I lifted was in the 2nd month/Push Phase, and that was 15 lbs. You will be doing lower reps at higher weights, failing between 6-8 reps. I tried to increase my weights each week to max out by the end of the phase. The Lean phase will have you back at higher reps, 10-12 so…

My HRM had me set up and take a base resting read as well as enter in my weight. age and height. I think if you have the same type of HRM, then you know it will be fairly accurate and you should go with that number.

Have you added beans and peanut butter to your diet )not necessarily together lol  )? How about a good whey protein shake or oatmeal? You and I are on about the same calorie goals. If you want to look at my food log the code is 1231. With what I am eating I am also staying in a good ratio for my Carbs, Protein and…
