I'm a mother of 3. I stopped breast feeding a month ago when exercising seemed to shorten my supply. I stopped my workouts and tried to go back to BFing but to no avail. I cut out soda and I drink more water so those goals were accomplished. I lost only .5 of a pound, but I'm totally okay with that. If I don't gain, it's a great week. LOL

Awesome Lucy! I always welcome fast workouts...I can sometimes talk myself out of working out by saying I don't have the extra hour. This will negate that excuse for me. LOL
