Thanks guys its great to see other people in the same situation! I have heard lots of good things about slimming world so fingers crossed it will work.... im on day 5 and touch wood not finding it too bad will see on the weigh in! :-)

I never have that problem until today! I've been so busy I've forgot to snack (didn't think it was possible!) had a yoghurt apple and advent Calendar choc.... Hoping my body won't notice the 11 calories short I am!

It definitely depends on your body type. I'm 165 now and my goal weight is 155- haven't seen that number for a long time! I think 135 would definitely be too much on my body I want to keep the curves just loose the wobble :-) well done for your achievements so far tho that's amazing!

wow I can see the difference you have done really well! You look better all over and your arms look more defined. 50lbs is an amazing achievement!

Thanks these comments are really useful! I tend to steer clear of the weights section mainly because I don't know what Im doing with them! But I didn't realise they are better than the machine ones... will definitely get learning there! :-)
