I think it's the onion flakes. Try putting them in water about 15 minutes before making the meatloaf. The turkey is lean, and when you add the 'dry' flakes, they suck the small amount of moisture out. Sorry, can't post photos from my phone! I am 5'10", and 55 years old. My family started on MFP in March of 2012. We have all (husband, son, and myself) all had success. I lost 80 lbs. so far, with 20 more to go. I feel great! I went from a size 22 jeans, and 3x tops to size 12 jeans and XL tops!

Well, so far, I've lost 60 lbs. all from this app! It's been slowing down a bit for me, which is disappointing. Hopefully, the next 40 will start! Need to exercise more!
