  • lol all a bit confusing for me! I am following Michelle Bridges exercise and diet plan and doing what she says lol I was led to believe that if you eat your BMR calories you will maintain but not lose weight? whatever way, im losing 1-2kgs a week so must be doing something right!!!
  • that seems reasonable. it all depends on your weight and activity level but everyone above is correct. you have to eat to fuel your body to burn the calories and keep you functional. otherwise you end up with no energy, flat etc. i am 82.4kg atm and my BMR is about 1595.
