Thanks for the words of encouragement and advice. I lost around 50 pds. several years ago before having my daughter. I kept the weight off for 4 years. Unfortunately, after giving birth I continued to eat like a "pregnant lady" and gained all of my weight back :0( I do not look forward to the dreaded plateaus that lie…

I, too, lost weight and gained it back. In 2010, I lost 50 pounds. I went from 180 to 133. After giving birth to my daughter I continued to eat like a pregnant woman and gained the weight back. I got back up to 180, and I want to get back down to at least 140.Add me as a friend if you'd like.

I drink water and coffee(occasionally). I try to exercise at least 3x per week.I eat whatever I want as long as I keep within the 1200 range. I think I may have made my goal too aggressive :0/

So here goes: height :5'8 highest weight: 183 Current weight: 181 Goal weight: 140 Several years ago I lost 40 pounds and I kept it off for 3 years. After I had my daughter I continued to eat like a pregnant lady....LOL! I gained all of the weight back. My daughter is now a year old and I MUST get this weight off!

I weigh in daily on my Wii Fit. I may be overly neurotic about it though:0) I fI go a day without weighing my self I spend the rest of the day wondering: "Did I gain weight?", "Did I Lose weight?", "Do I look bigger?", ........................etc. BUT....whatever works for you! Some say I am obsessive but it keeps me sane…

My Freeday is on Friday......my boyfriend and I go to a restaurant called CookOut (our fave) every friday night. The food is delicious but my food alone is 1037 calories. It is soooooo worth it :0)

I will do it with you!!! I have had the DVD for about a year and have never completed a full 30 days. I need someone to hold me accountable. My legs hurt so bad after day 1 I skip and day.....a day turns to a week.....and so on :0(
