Thank you so much everyone! I still get frustrated (like my current 3 month long plateau. But, I'm starting to be more concentrated on fitness, so not seeing the scale move but watching inches slowly drop keeps me going :)

Your story of self discovery is amazing and inspirational! I think too many of us "fix" the weight, but don't "fix" the mental issues that led to the weight gain to begin with. Discovering who you are, is even more important than any weight loss achievements.... Congratulations to you on everything!

You have done amazingly! I love the happiness in your face in your after photo :).

Thank you! I still do have a ways to go, and more extra belly skin than would be proper to disclose :blushing: .... But I guess chasing perfection (our own version of) is what keeps motivation strong. (I do realize we can't ever achieve perfection , but it's fun trying)

Thanks everyone! Christy- I'm currently training for a half marathon, so I run 3-4 days a week and lift 3 days (upper body, lower body, then compounds)... To be honest, sometimes I feel like I stretch myself a bit thin (I run and lift on the same days due to the babysitting schedule at the gym... Plus I cross train 2 days…
