While you've got me ranting - I've only been in my new job a month and one of the other new starters I think is going to creep me out, he lurks, everytime someone moves or is having a conversation that doesn't involve him, he has to stand up and walk over and kind of join the group but not say anything, he just lurks there!

Thanks for that caribougal, I've actually cut out fruit as well at my pt's recommendation - to kick start the weight loss, I'm not really craving bread but just today I could have eaten the muffin, I've always had a major sweet tooth and weakness for cakes! Mm spaghetti squash sounds good, shall give that a go! And yes, I have noticed that I'm not that hungry come evening either, I know I'm not recording everything properly measurement wise on here but I'm eating a lot less calories and don't feel hungry or that I'm missing anything!

I loved David Tennant as the Dr, current one isn't too bad though! I'm looking forward to seeing if I can get the new series of Red Dwarf on the internet somewhere it's on the Dave Channel in the UK in November I think!

It always made me and the other ladies at my last work place laugh, all the blokes moaned about the state of the mens bathroom - the admin ladies even had to put signs up asking that people left the toilets in a state they'd like to find them in (and to make the men feel too bad, the signs had to go up in the ladies too!)…

I feel kind of naked without eyeliner and mascara on - but that's probably because when I forget to put it on everyone asks me if I'm feeling ok as I look a little washed out! Foundation just dries my skin out and takes far too long to put on!

I miss having cable as I don't get Bones and Rizzoli and Isles anymore (or Eureka for that matter)! I've just started watching a Danish drama Those Who Kill (it is subtitled) not sure if you'll get it in America though!
