  • Went up about .4 lbs, but I expect that to be gone by tomorrow--funeral+food+alcohol+out of town and only running once=slight gain. Back at it hard core, though!!

  • I'm having some pretty serious issues with getting the scale to go down.... I'm at 167.8 right now... which is a gain... :/ I'm finishing TOM, but I'm still reeeeaaalllly discouraged.... I'm running 45 min 6 days a week and boosting my speed at least once a week. I don't go over 1300 calories a day. Not too sure what else…

  • Weighing in today--167.3!!! I never thought I would be so excited to get on a scale... so far, it keeps dropping. This is so new to me-I have yo-yo dieted for years now. Having to report my weight every week is definitely giving me a bigger push to do well, so thank you!! :)

  • Running for 40+ min a day, ab exercises, and strength training when possible ;)
