You're gonna lose the weight the same way you gained it...one day at a time. You're doing all this to be healthy, right? If you're not enjoying the journey, that's not necessarily healthy, is it? Take it easy and hang in there.

If you have problems with veggies and fruits, juice them in the blender and add some ice and perhaps some milk to make a smoothie. Drinking them is a good, quick way to get soluble nutrition and vitamins.
