Zumba is a fun way to work out. I absolutely love it. I've got a wii so I have zumba for the wii. You burn a lot during zumba and you don't even notice as you're having so much fun.

Not a fan of my sister in law but I do try to be pleasant, hard too when she can be really patronising and up her own *kitten*! Small doses. Glad I don't have to see her everyday.

Well done, keep going. Tell me about it, butt kicks and jumping jacks are the worst exercises in the world but so worth it :)

It depends on my mood but I love being on my own most of the time - I enjoy spending time with myself. But I also like being around people, just depends on my mood. I get asked nearly weekend to go partying and most of the time I say no lol. I like balance.

Hmmm just becareful not to eat crap all the time as it will slow down your weightloss - it happened with me. Since I have cleaned up a little bit, the scales have been dropping. Nothing wrong with treats but just watch out - even if it is within your calorie limit. Eat high fibre foods and high protein foods. Healthy…

Yes that is what stopped me losing/staying the same for a bit. Since I've chilled out on the partying/alcohol, I feel much better, energetic and have dropped some pounds so i'd say it definitely has an effect on it. Alcoholic drinks are very high in calories. A good one to drink though, is vodka and sparkling water with…

You can speed up your metabolism by exercising and eating healthily and in moderation. Diet pills are dangerous. Be patient. I have a natural slow metabolism but now that I exercise and eat good food, I'm losing weight, pretty steadily and I'm happy the way it is. 15kg lost in 4 months - very happy with that. Diet pills…

A very nice body :)

People are too impatient. Okay sure, could lose 5 pounds in three days but seriously, could you do that diet for life? And when you do stop, you're just going to pile it back on and more probably? Just eat right, healthily and exercise - old fashioned way. Keep it simple!!!

Hahahaha brilliant

I exercise early evening, as soon as I've gotten home from work, just before dinner.

skipping breakfast means you're more inclined to snack more throughout the day and more likely on junk food. the best way to get your metabolism up is by having breakfast in the morning as you've been asleep all night and therefore your metabolism is low. eat high fibred and high protein food in the morning - less likely…
