Optifast is a hospital based weight loss program (by Novartis), where participants use meal replacement, exercise, and lifestyle alteration in the aim of attaining a healty weight. I have lost (approaching) seventy-five pounds so far and I am almost at my goal weight. The hard part will be keeping the weight off! Cheers!
