I like eating the 90 cal fiber one brownies or Trader Joe's brownie & chocolate oats bar. It satisfies my sweet tooth but they are well portioned so I don't overeat.

I love avocado in salads, guacamole, or on its own. I also like to mash it up, squirt some lime juice in it and use as a spread for my sandwiches.

I got a small foam roller from TJ Maxx, I think it was a Women's Health brand fr. I don't know if that is good quality since I haven't really used any other one, but I love it.

I love homemade guacamole, I could eat it all on its own! Especially when it is nice and spicy. I have also started eating it with baby carrots instead of chips, it has that crunch that you get from the tortilla chips. I'd rather have chips but it is still tasty.

I am also very much pear shaped and I am still not comfortable with it but I realize that I will always have curves because that's just my shape. However, I know I would benefit from losing a few pounds to be a lot healthier and happier. I'll still be pear shaped, just more toned (or at least that's my goal) :)

This might sound strange but I start explaining the scientific/evolutionary reason for why my mind is feeling tired. I tell myself that the mind tells the body to give up way before the body actually gives out to protect it from overuse. This gets me focused on something else and helps me put things in perspective.

I use dry shampoo when my hair starts to get greasy. Baby powder also helps absorb the oil and it smells pretty good. For those of you who rinse then condition, are there any conditioners you recommend that won't weigh your hair down(I have pretty fine hair)?

I love Pilates, it is great for building my core strength and increasing my flexibility. It is a great compliment to running or other more intense or high impact exercise.
