I am right there with you. I have been around 148-155 for so long, I don't know how many times I've lost and gained the same few pounds. I am trying to get down into the 135-140 range. 72 Swarla Current Weight: 146.6 I lost .2 lbs I only have 16.6 lbs to go!! I did terribly on the challenege. I love my diet coke and I caved within 2 days. I did cut though, but I can't completely give it up. I am excited about this week's challenge!

Thank you all so much for your comments, I feel a little better. I am trying my hardest to not beat myself up about it, but it is really hard to convince myself that it's not a big deal. This is a great idea! My finals aren't until May, but I have so many essays to do all because I let the work pile up the entire semester. So I am sure that I am going to start stress eating within the next 2 weeks. I just hope I can make room for the gym or for a good run instead of stuffing my face with cookies.

I also feel a little (ok, very) resentful today. But my plan is to turn all the negative emotion into something positive by working out extra hard today. Afterward, I'm hoping I'll be too tired to feel resentful =)

I usually listen to music, but what I also find helps me is to imagine myself somewhere else. I usually picture myself in a forest or somewhere out in nature. It really helps.

I eat a lot of eggs for breakfast: scrambled or omelet. I usually add salsa, Serrano peppers, onions, etc to add more flavor. For some reason, I don't feel full if I just drink a shake.
