  • It's been helping me as well. I can now bend my knee enough to grab my ankle and almost stretch my leg completely since I started doing Yoga. I tried using running podcasts, but I didn't like them too much. The only one I liked was an indie music one. I need words in songs so I can sing along in my head :tongue:
  • Yep Ruby Tuesday =) I looked up a few of their menu items and oh my gosh! 750 calories for a burger, not to mention fries....   • Thanks for the feedback! I'm planning on doing it later today, so hopefully I don't pass out right in the middle of it. I guess now I won't feel so bad about hitting that pause button a couple of times. :happy: The only circuit training I'm doing is the 30 Day Shred. I'm about ready to move on to level 2.
