I guess the major problem with Weight Watchers is people focus too much on the not-very-informative points total instead of focusing on why items are rated the way they are. You can lose weight on it without really learning any new habits other than some basic addition. When you go off the program, you may not have learned…

Get the lobster ravioli. It's 511 calories, which isn't really that bad, and it's really freakin' delicious.

I would definitely recommend shea butter while losing weight. Nothing will get rid of any you already have, but there are a lot of anecdotal stories that it'll help lessen the chance of new ones. It probably doesn't help, it certainly doesn't hurt. Plus is smells awesome.

The easiest length of hair depends entirely upon the hair type. Really short hair like yours looks awesome and it's great that it's so easy for you! I bet it's naturally thick and a little wavy, isn't it? But my 2-3C curly hair required more effort to not look like an afro at that length than at my current waist length.…

Your hair is about as long as mine, and you can easily cut off the required 10" and still have it below the shoulders so it would look the same from the front if you choose to do it. Your hair looks like it's in really good condition.

The numbers given to you are calculated in a way designed for you to eat them back. However, calorie burn estimates are often exaggerated, so you can usually safely eat half of them back.

As long as they aren't breaking any indecency laws, why should you care?

EDITED: Ugh, the image I wanted to post probably has too much language for the forums. It was someone on tumblr claiming the "pink slime" from chicken nuggets, when it was actually the freakin; Tubby Custard machine.

Where do you live that this wasn't all over the news when it happened? I couldn't get away from it.

You don't have to replace it with anything if you take it off. You can if you want, but I just track calories and macros now.

Give the non-English speaker a break, he's trying. Being a vegetarian does not guarantee weight loss. Many high-calorie foods are vegetarian, such as sodas and potato chips/crisps, and can cause weight gain if you eat them in excess. Meat can also be low calorie, depending on how you prepare it.

My brother went up the street to buy us some Tudor's biscuits and fried apples. Mmmmm...

I'm guessing if it was the biggest dilemma in her life, she wouldn't be posting about it on a fitness website's forums...

Because you have this dismal outlook.

I like some amount of muscle, but it's not a deal breaker if he has more or less than what I like. For instance, I tend to date men who are unusually tall or short for no other reason than geeky guys who share my interests tend to fall outside the normal male body types. In short, I have my preferences but I'll never turn…

Subway has options that provide you with more options to eat "healthy." I can get a turkey breast flatbread with vegetables and vinegar (no cheese, I don't like it anyway) for under 200 calories and 17g protein. It's as "healthy" as you want it to be. ETA: And you can use apple cider vinegar to clean toilets. Food products…

That happened to me, too. Two weeks of nothing (not really long enough to be a "plateau", but still), so I went up to maintenance because I was so close to goal and the last 3lbs just vanished within a couple of days. I'm guessing I was retaining water and the hydration from the food I ate flushed it out. I know those 3lbs…

Drastically reducing carbohydrates and alcohol at dinner, but only because they were the highest calorie components of that meal. Cutting them was the most efficient way to reduce my calories to a deficit. Except dessert. I never went without dessert. And I still ate carbs with/as my other meals. I tend not to like protein…

rondelé cheese spreads are really good for few calories because they're whipped. One serving is 70-80 calories, but try to measure by weight: what they consider 2T is a lot more than what I fit in two tablespoons when going by weight. I can usually get by with half a serving.

Definitely send her to her pediatrician. I had this as a baby and outgrew it when I was about four and now have no problems with milk. Several children I babysit also have it and most outgrow it as well. It's pretty common, but a pediatrician will be able to give the best recommendations.

http://www.supercook.com/ You can put in the ingredients you have on hand and it'll tell you what you can make with them. Maybe add foods you like and see what it comes up with!

Not everyone is desperate to get away from their parents.

When doing strength training, couldn't you just skip leg day? It'll take a while, but they'll eventually go down if you just don't use them so much. Plus building muscle in other parts of your body should help even out your look.

I actually like boiled chicken... I like how tender it gets. You don't have to boil it in water, you know. You can boil it in chicken broth or alcohol.

Your weight loss may be masked by the natural weight fluctuations due to water we all incur every day. You may be "making up" for eating over maintenance last week. There are lots of reasons you're not seeing the scale move, it's been one week. Unrelated, when people say "eat more to weigh less," literally no one means to…

Half a grapefruit with breakfast, no sugar. No real reason other than I'm the only one in the house who likes them besides my grandmother, so we share.

It also depends on your height, weight, age, gender, and any medical issues you may have. But odds are, 1270 isn't going to be enough to get you the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Not to mention you can probably eat more and achieve similar results. ETA: But no, you won't literally starve. You'll probably be…

I use a MacBook Pro for work and it's quite a nice machine. I'm sure you could find a cheaper Windows model that's just as good, but it's not a bad machine by any stretch. I also have a six year old Dell Latitude that still works pretty darn well. The good thing about Dell is their customer service and repairs are crazy…

I also use two different web browsers with my mom's computer, which is right next to the kitchen and therefore convenient to update from. She updates hers with Chrome and I do mine from Firefox. We both stay logged in the whole time.
