I'm planning on high protein, low carb and I'm going to log everything. I live in the Pacific Northwest and we always talk about kayaking....both my girls kayak. I've never tried....just the thought freaks me out. Hopefully by next summer I can kayak...:smile:

amusement parks....I forgot that one. Last year we went to Wild Waves and that was the last time I was ever going down a tube slide.
