  • I just had to come to terms with the fact that no matter how long I run I will always struggle at first. So start at a slow pace and gradually increase your speed as your breathing gets easier. Nobody can go from rest to run without some struggle with breathing. :-) Stay strong!
  • For me whether on a treadmill or outside, the hardest part is the first mile.
  • You need to remember...if you are exercising and eating only 1000 cals then you were way in the hole for calorie intake. If you continue that way you are going to be very run down and then workouts are going to be next to impossible. Eat things high in protein for the full feeling and the energy you need. I love greek…
  • I am an exercise freak...but I have a really hard time limiting my food intake! I usually eat what I want and burn it off at the gym. I do need to eat better and that is what I am going for, not eating LESS but eating BETTER!
  • Greek Yogurt with Granola in it. Very filling and very high in protein!
