What a great topic! My positive for the day is- I managed to get through 2 full workouts, totalling 3 hours. I was putting it off because I didn't think I could manage it today, but I did it and I feel great. I am also feeling positive about the new month ahead and more weight loss! I have a bowl of special K cereal and 1/2 cup of trim milk everyday. I also make sure and drink two glasses of water with my breakfast.

I eat a bowl of cereal with a half glass of trim milk everyday. At first I worried about the sugar content in both the milk and cereal, but it hasn't caused any weight loss/gain problems for me. I used to drink whole milk, but I now drink trim milk. I honestly can't even tell a difference, so it works well for me :)

I work out everyday. I do it because it makes me feel great and It's become part of my daily routine. I now do two hours of cardio a day, one hour in the morning and one hour at night.

I love Billy Blanks' Ultimate Tae Bo workout dvd. It's a 90 minute workout, plus there is an extra 25 minute 'fat blaster' workout.
