Feel free to add me as well. I log on everyday :)

I started my weight loss journey in November 2011, weighing 310 pounds. Before then, I didn't get any exercise and had also just quit smoking. When I first started out, all I could do was, seriously, about 3 minutes of walking without being completely out of breath. So, I would do those 3 minutes several times a day. It…

Just drinking water :)

I love my lips and shoulders. I also love my inner beauty: my kindness, empathy and sense of humour. I treasure what comes from within the most :)

Yay! I'd love to join as well. Currently, I weigh 244 pounds and would love to get down to 144 pounds by New Years, or close to it! 10 pounds a month sounds awesome. Okay- I am going to work for losing 5 pounds by April 1st...good luck everyone..we can do this!

Panties- in particular when I am watching a true crime show and a detective uses the word- i.e., "we found her naked body, with her panties around her ankles"....eww..just say underwear.

Charlize Theron, Dita Von Teese, Elizabeth Banks and Kate Winslet :)

I wish I could be more patient and stop feeling so badly about everything. I tend to beat myself up over the past, which makes focusing on the present much harder. My partner and I have officially split up, which I couldn't be happier about. We were not a good match!

I need to lose 120 pounds. I plan on being on this site every day and would love to meet some new friends along the way. Anyone can add me :)

I eat 1200 calories a day- with my exercise routine, MFP ups me to 2918 calories a day...but I stay around 1200 calories a day.. I wouldn't be able to eat 2900 calories a day, that's far too much for me now :)

My Mother lost 80 pounds in 6 months by changing her diet and walking 4 miles a day- so, walking certainly can help you to lose weight. When I first started losing weight, walking was the only form of exercise I could do. Now I do Tae Bo and I absolutely love it! I workout every day- I see it as part of my daily routine.…

I do the same hour and a half workout everyday and I love it. I also power walk for about 40 mins, whilst listening to music on my ipod, which is a lot of fun! Eventually, I will probably add more to my routine, but for now I am very happy with what I do :)

Anyone can add me. I love meeting new people to talk to...and everyone needs motivation and support, no matter what age we are and how much weight we need to lose :)

I've always struggled with my weight and always stayed around 200 pounds. But, for a woman standing just 5ft 2 inches tall, that is a lot of extra weight to carry. 8 years ago, I moved to New Zealand and moved in with my then boyfriend. The relationship was very unhealthy and abusive. He was very verbally abusive and often…

I haven't had any pop in about 4 months and I feel much better without it. It used to make me feel bloated and sluggish. I don't miss drinking pop at all.

I am 5'2" and have lost 66 pounds since November 2011- going from 310 pounds to 244 pounds. I still have about 120 pounds left to lose, so obviously I am a big woman with a long way left to go. I work out for an hour and a half, 7 days a week, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and eat around 1200 calories a day. I…

Zilch- wheat and gluten free low fat Vanilla Bean ice cream and fresh blueberries. Yum!

I don't concern myself with other people's food diaries and/or work out routines, as, while I do love the support and success stories on MFP, the main reason I am here is for me- to deal with my own weight loss issues and to track my own calories and daily exercise. I think it's great that so many people on this site have…

I wouldn't be without my daily Tae Bo workout. I've been doing it since November of last year and I feel so much stronger and confident. I don't find the routine boring, in the slightest. It's an hour and a half long and I've seen great results since starting it up. I am sure I could lose weight by my diet alone, but I…

Hi Jessi, your story sounds a lot like mine. Right now, I weigh 244 (my highest weight was 333, a year and a half ago), and my main goal for now is to get under 200 pounds. I've weighed 200 pounds since my early 20's, so for about the past 15 years. I can't wait to see 199 on the scale! I want to get down to about 125…

I've changed my eating habits and daily calorie intake. I also workout 7 days a week. It's working best for me :)
-
I eat both fruits and veggies, as many as I want :)

I weigh myself, naked, every morning :)

Friend. It's a great supporter and motivator- it helps me to keep track of my weight and helps to keep me focused. I weigh myself in the morning- naked and after using the bathroom. This is the number I concentrate on. However, I do weigh myself a couple of times more during the day/night, just out of curiosity. I record…

My average daily calorie intake is 1167 calories and it's working fine for me. I am 5ft 2 and aside from an hour and a half workout each day, I spend most of my time sitting in front of my computer, as I work from home. So, this works well for me. I've lost 63 pounds since November 2011. I don't feel hungry and I am not…

I love that my body is working with me to lose weight- that's the main thing I love right now. Feature wise- my eyes, lips and shoulders.

Special K Fruit and Nut Medley is my favorite- it's SO good! I have it with skim milk. I actually have more than the suggested serving size, but it's working for me :)
-
Congratulations! What an incredible difference, not just in your weight but how much happier you look :) Very inspiring pictures- helps to keep me motivated!

I love cats :) I have three- Willow, Cricket and Snowy. Snowy is technically a stray, as he hasn't let me bring him inside yet. But, I always make sure he has food and water and I made a bed for him outside which he sleeps in, every day. So, I consider him mine. Cricket is 6 years old, Willow is 3 and Snowy looks to be…

Re- Samandlucysmum: I was certain my food diary was open, but you're right, it wasn't. Well, it is now :)
