HI I'm currently 178lbs/81kgs and aiming for a 149lbs/68kgs. I lost over 40lbs a few years ago and want to get back on the wagon .. awesome to find this thread! x

Yeah I had assumed at least 200... but as you say the benefits of yoga far outweigh any burn suppose its like a strength session... feeling the burn not measuring it!

So its turns out there is very little price difference between the 40 and the 60 - how do I decide... go for the 60 as its the most up to date model??

HI I’ve just seen that you are already a totally healthy 145 lbs which gives you a great BMI of 22.7. With your target of 99 lbs your BMI will be DANGEROUSLY underweight and very unhealthy! Im not sure you need support to loose more...

Im also 5f 7 live in London and want to loose about 20 pounds (approx 10kgs) Im a couple kg's away from having a healthy BMI but want to get into the safe and happy mid ranges x
