I go over on protein every day - if you are exercising, your body needs it for recovery. I think MFP estimates it low so I don't worry. On the calories, just know that MFP already deducts for the deficit you need to loose weight, so if you told it you want to loose a pound a week, it already subtracted 500 calories a day.…

Zig zagging calorie intact keeps the body guessing. Drink lots of water to counter the sodium and map out your meals for tomorrow. Keep up the great work!

I sent a request. Have had an under active thyroid for about a year. Doctor says my meds counteract that but it is still hard to loose weight even thought I lift 4-5 times a week. We can do this, will just take time and determination!
