  • I think it would be more beneficial to eat a balance breakfast consisting of carbs, fats and protein and micronutrient content. EG 1 1/2 scoops of whey protein in water, 2 servings of liquid fish oil, and 2 otis spunkmeyer muffins would give you a 50/30/20 split of carbs fats and proteins.
