I reconnected my fitbit and mine finally synced, but double counted a couple of days, did one day correctly, and then stopped syncing again. I am beyond frustrated. I also can't get the "don't track steps" box unchecked. I've been using this app for many years and have previously loved it. This is beyond frustrating.

Me, too. re-connecting didn't help.

Is this an alternative to the purgative or in addition to it? I'm due for one (overdue actually) and would really like to avoid the standard prep process.

Oops - the deadlift should be 204 pounds :-) Thanks @kpk54

Saturday, at the age of 63, I competed in my first powerlifting competition. I made all 9 lifts and had personal records for all three lifts for my current body weight. Not only did Squat 52.5 kilos (115.74 pounds), Bench Press 37.5 kilos (82.67 pounds), and Deadlift 92.5 kilos (20pounds), but while they were work, they…

Glad to hear it is going so well. Also WOW! A doctor who prescribed a LCHF diet! Awesome!

I consider heart (chicken, beef, whatever) to be the most tender, delicious meat available. I cook beef heart like a rare to medium rare roast. If you want to try offal but are shy about it, that is a great place to start.

Hashimoto's (about 30 years) and polycystic ovarian syndrome here. Even with massive amounts of exercise low carb is the only way I can lose weight - 85 pounds back in2003-2004 and over 30 more recently. Most symptoms have improved, including energy, but in my experience it's an ongoing process. I have found that very low…

It looks to me like your total cholesterol is up because your HDL ("good cholesterol") is quite high. Both triglycerides and LDL look good.

Ostrim Barbecue flavor (meat sticks), Syntrax nectars (whey protein - good enough to eat with a spoon - they have a Chocolate Truffle to die for), Isopure whey protein, Now Erythritol Granular, EZ-Sweet liquid sucralose, Nature's Way Liquid Coconut Oil, Nutiva Coconut Manna, Sea Tangle Noodle Company Kelp Noodles, Seapoint…

I've had those types of dreams where I had eaten cake or scones and was upset that I had cheated, but once (after waking) I realized they were just dreams I really enjoyed them, because they were very vivid and I could still taste forbidden fruits. Guilt-free cheating :-)

For good tasting protein powders try Syntrax or Isopure. They both dissolve well and are quite tasty (in a pinch I have eaten some of the Syntrax Nectar flavors dry and enjoyed them). I buy them at Netrition.com - it's a good place to get supplements at a reasonable price.

I do both sprint intervals and HIIT and agree about both hydration and electrolytes. Small single serve cheese snacks provide both calories and salt and do fine in your bag if you don't leave them for days on end. Meat sticks are another option. Also salted nuts and seeds. Look for something with a little protein, some…

Not meaning to state the obvious, but did you make sure to drink plenty of water with each capsule? I know I get nauseated if I take minerals without adequate water.

Your son's travel mug falls over into the butter and you grab it and lick it off before anyone can wipe it.

I've been doing various types of intermittent fasting off and on for several years and really like both alternate day fasting and limited eating windows (I currently eat between 3 & 8 pm). I recently tried a fat fast and really do like it. One potential advantage of fat fasting is additional muscle sparing. But, as others…
