5'4" started at 184. current 170. Goal 140

I began this new way of life eating better and exercising/working out Feb 9th. I have lost 14 pounds so far and love this as a new hobby as well as a new goal for myself. I feel better and started at 184 and am now 170. I want to get to 140 or 145. I would love to be a supportive friend/co fitness buddy!

Use the machines figures. Also mix up your workouts. You also need strength Training too. It will help with max. calorie burn. I alternate gym day with strength training days at home as well as walking and cycling in the evening at home. Have fun.

I hve just joined my fitness pal nd have lost 11 pounds since Feb 9, 2012. I go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and also strength train cardio at home 3x a week. I would love to join. I want to lose a few more pounds than 25. I have 34 more to go for my goal but I'd love to be a part of this great group!
