I've not got any hybrids in mind yet, though one thing I'd recommend you to do Laura, is to finish Insanity before you do a Hybrid, doing a Hybrid might lead to a higher chance of injury, that's just a guess though, but I would get your feet wet with Insanity first before doing a Hybrid, that's for sure :) --Lee

Hey Dean and everyone else! I'm a couple of weeks behind Dean on Insanity, though he's part of my motivation for Insanity! If it wasn't for him I most likely would not be doing it, and truthfully, I don't think there is a better workout program suited to have the best results with just your body weight! --Lee
