  • You must be doing something right if you are shrinking. Keep going and the pounds will start to drop along with your body shrinking. That's what they all say...........your measuring tape can tell more than the scale. Good going!

  • You are not doing anything wrong. Give you body time to adjust. You might try changing up some of the foods you eat. I have noticed that if I eat wrong foods and still stay under my calorie limits, I don't lose (and I can feel that I'm not losing) as fast as I would if I had eaten less red meat, less bad fat, less dairy,…
  • My friend did that diet. People lose a lot of weight on it so if you can stick with it, go for it. I would suggest for you to stay on this site for encouragement to keep it off when you start eating real foods. Low calorie diets aren't gonna kill you in the short term.   • I would suggest: Prepare finger foods ahead of time and put in baggies to grab when you have a rushed morning. String cheese (i just bought some for 25 cents a piece), small amounts of meat (maybe leftovers?) and healthfood stores have gluten free everything. I found some crackers at Trader Joes that are delicious.
