  • cmriverside is absolutely right, if you do one cardio exercise consistently the same your body becomes very efficient at that exercise thus making it burn less calories. try interval training (where you mix sprints into slow paced cardio) it burns tons of calories.

  • No. too much protien is not a bad thing, it increases your bmr. be sure that your utilizing it by working out too because protein doesn't do much if your not working out too.
