1. I want to be visually comfortable in my own body. 2. I want to be in better shape. I want to move while I still can and get enjoyment from it.

There's a website called Budget Bytes that's pretty good. Just don't go crazy on beans because they're cheap. Trust me, you can eat too many beans.
-
130 is my goal. When fit I look half decent at 138ish.

Since when have vegetarians eaten the flesh of dead animals? You're a pescetarian.

I live in the prairies so the 'hills' are pitiful. I find jogging up them (without a pack) makes them more difficult than walking. Thankfully the Rockies are within driving distance so we get out 2-4x a month to hike in the mountains. I don't know much about pack fitting (I too had someone fit me). I expect you'll have…

Hike or snowshoe with your pack packed. I find jogging helps too. You'll want capable lungs to deal with the elevation.

If you can't trust your partner then there's a problem in the relationship. End of story. I've gotten together with my ex and my partner has been with his. No big deal. We're secure together, he trusts me and I trust him.

Shortly after I turned 16 with a great guy. Broke up after a few months and I met my second boyfriend and we're still together 10+ years later.

Chicken breast in central Canada was $14/kg. nicer chicken breasts were $21/kg. None of those were free range, organic, or anything like that. They were factory farmed broilers. prices aren't comparable across countries never mind in different countries.

Finally! Someone else that finds them painful! No one believes me but they hurt me like heck and I get bruised too. They're still almost worth it. In my area I think anyone can buy the fluid and inject it.

Dulce de leche, banana, and a sprinkle of coconut. So delicious.

Without a doubt! Someone else posted this recently on another thread. Didn't even have to join WW to lose weight. http://www.candyboots.com/wwcards.html
-
Eating whatever I want I end up around 160lbs, BMI of 25.8.
-
Those WW card comments are hilarious and I'm no longer hungry!

Cups are great!

I find logging before eating really puts things in perspective.

We sound similar. I'm always hungry, I never feel full or satisfied and I also have bouts of nausea that's so bad I can't eat for weeks. No idea why. I have no acid reflux problems.
-
When I finished it I started doing intervals. I jogged normal pace then sprinted as fast as I could as long as I could then went back to normal jogging speed. Once recovered I'd sprint again. Changes up the run a bit.

5'6" female, it has me set at about 1300 calories a day :( I eat back exercise calories.
-
For me, compared to my heart rate monitor thing MFP is quite a bit off for jogging and horseback riding. MFP gives me 2-300 fewer calories than my watch says I've burned.

I have MS too but paediatric onset. Unfortunately my disease is aggressive, I had a couple years on Tysabri with no new lesions but that's it. I've been on Rebif, Avonex, Betaseron. Was the 6th person in Canada to start Tysabri and the 34th to start Gilenya. Nasty disease. I'd love to talk to others with the disease as…

Find exercise that you can manage, even if it's just a short walk down a hallway. Build up distance as you are ready to. I find exercise greatly helps my nerve pain but understand the days when fatigue is so bad you can't even feed yourself. Do what you can when you can and celebrate those successes.

Hopefully getting married this summer. Hoping to lose about 20lbs. Just lost my job though so wedding planning has stopped.
-
Not at all. Dress for yourself, not for others. It's just a body part. Approximately 50% of the population has a penis and testicles. Who cares if you can see outlines or bulges...
-
I'd like to be at about 22-25% and my partner would want me at 25-30% (really wherever I'm happy though).
-
Track measurements, not weight.
-
I'm also trying to lose 20-30lbs before a wedding this summer. It's a lofty goal but as long as I stick with this I'll be happy.
-
Yes.

I try for a daily goal but ultimately follow a weekly plan. Some days I'm not so hungry, others I'm endlessly hollow.
