1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate) 1 c greek yogurt (Fage 0% or Costco's Kirkland brand) 1 T PB2 chocolate just blend together with a spoon, add (optional) 1 sliced banana afterwards. It's my breakfast most days.

I make these a lot for breakfast. One banana (~100 cal) + .5c of Quaker instant oatmeal (150 cal) = 250 calories, which is a good-sized breakfast for me, calorie-wise. I add a pinch of salt and some cinnamon, and get 6 small cookies out of the batch.
