Nope. This is a wasp of color. Thank you for your PC concern tho.

I just checked. It's the BATHROOM. Uh huh, the bathroom. For sure this time.

I wish I had one...

That is good, sound advice. I shall try it. Thank you.

It will not. It's hovering over the latrine, silly

Are you trying to tell me nobody has ever had a wasp in their bedroom?
-
Anybody?

I take a B complex supplement and flax seed mid morning or lunch, and I take Citrical + D and Magnesium with dinner.

I keep my pantry stocked with "emergency meals" for just that reason. I've chosen foods that I'm trying to avoid having a lot of, but still better than an all out trash binge  Where I'm at right now is... I do not bring it into the house if I don't intend to eat it. I cleared out my pantry of all white…

It's not open, but I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you're eating several portions of fruit daily. That's where most of my sugars come from also...

I own a pair now. I call them panties

I read this earlier today. I'm neither for or against, but more do what you need to do to stay sane  http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/UponThisRock/view/spike-day-nonsense-229061

I don't eat the same thing every day, but I do try to get around 30g protein for breakfast. It's actually helped me eliminate feeling hungry between meals. If I want a snack, I have it, but mostly I don't even think about snacks anymore.

Great, thank you!

Thats awesome for you! Congratulations!

I have a beautiful smile, sexy eyes and the biggest dimples this side of.... well, they're pretty big!

I would take this time to eat some calorie dense food like Peanut butter on toast or some sort of tree nut and dried fruit. I think you should eat at least half of that deficit. I'm sure you're going to get varied opinions on this! I've just started eating back my calories myself...

That simply is not true. Yes, there is more sodium in the whites, but the whites actually have 1g more protein than the yolks. Check your facts... No fat or cholesterol at all in the whites. Personally, I wouldn't sweat 55mg of natural sodium. But that's just me. We need sodium!

You can make a breakfast bake on Sunday with eggs, meat and veggies, and freeze portions for later Kashi Go Lean Cereal with 1/2c berries or some banana and milk. High protein, but watch out for the carbs... Greek yogurt with almonds or walnuts and/or fruit Someone mentioned muffins, I make my egg bake in muffin tins…

I have dry erase markers and I write all over pictures and mirrors with them. On the fridge I have a dry erase board, on it it says "Take Controll" and also "Be the Change" I have "I love you" on a pic of my Mom and my son and various other things. They're easily wiped off any glass with a paper towel or sponge and I…

No offense, but if you were serious about this you would make the time to log your food. There is no magic button here. It takes work and dedication. It's a a part time job. You're a lovely young woman and even if it's a mere 5lbs to lose, it takes dedication and effort. I don't see either. None the less, i wish you the…

That is so AWESOME!!!!

As others have said, you don't have to eat traditional breakfast foods. I think you're starving b/c you're not getting enough protein and fiber. Those keep you full longer! You could make a sandwich with lean low sodium meat and reduced fat cheese! Someone else posted about muffins and I've been thinking about trying those…

The weight loss is great! Fantastic even! What pisses me off is you got to go to Disney World. Twice. Therefore I must respectfully hate you. That is all.

If a gram of ALL fats had only 9 calories then a serving of oil, which has 9g fat would only have 81 calories. But it does not, it has 120 calories. All food is not created equal :) Those are averages.
