I'm into the Red Bull sugar free. I'm sure they are bad for the kidneys if drank in excess just like soda. But they do help me before exercise!

I found a website called zumbacalories.com, and used that to calculate. Then I added a new exercise, named it "Zumba" and put in the calories I found on the website. After you do it once, then it will work each time.

I started in March 2012 at 303 pounds. I would love to be friends with more people my size as well. I keep my diary open and log in every day. I promise to support all my friends :) Good luck everyone!

I weigh every day, so I know when I'm getting off track. It keeps me focused. I don't count any pounds down as real weight loss until the scale says so two days in a row, just in case it is just a natural fluctuation.
