  • Im in too. I weighed in this morning and I've lost 2 lbs!!! I was I believe 180 when I started on this site. I joined the gym and have been doing both cardio and strenght training and I'm down to 168 by counting calories and working out!!! I'm excited!!! I'm at 168 and headed for 158 by April 30!!!
  • add some strength training is what I have been taught. Your body is used to running, maybe try some zumba toning, wherein you dance and burn a lot of calories but also use 2.5 lb weights to help tone body, incorporate lunges, push ups, and other stronger weights so that the fat will turn into lean muscle.
