Definatley a 'vice' for me. I don't have a sweet tooth, but do love my carbs! I have to try harder to eat larger portions of vegetables with my meals!

I have done a lot of reading on MFP about BMR, TDEE, etc. It is so strange to read about this crazy "eat more to lose" idea! Believe me, after 2-3 years of sitting at the same weight, I'm not afraid to try eating MORE! :bigsmile: I will take a look at your blog -- and thank you for the advice!

This morning: Brownberry double fiber bread (toasted, 1 slice) Fiber one cottage cheese Dole fruit cup -- peaches Silk soy milk And now...... some coffee! :drinker:

I have looked at them too. I was told that it is hard to find pure raspberry keytone -- the pills usually have other "special" ingredients! So, I decided to pass..... :ohwell:

I am a 39 year old, female, 170 lbs, 5' 4'', and they have me set at about 1200 cals a day too. My BMR is about 1430. From everything I have read on this site, I will try to eat back my exercise calories to "net" 1200 - 1300 cals a day. I just started on MFP too -- so we will see how this goes! :)

Did you change your activity settings to active? If you work out as much as you do, I wouldn't enter "sedentary". It will give you too few daily calories.

I would go with the 2nd. It seems that all the bugs and kinks are worked out by then, and there are usually better features!
