I'm 5'2" and 41. I started out at 230 and lost 70 pounds in about a year before joining MFP. I yo-yo between 140-150 typically. My goal is 130 because of my small frame. I'm a gardener too! I've worked at a plant nursery for over 20 years. Adding you!

I almost qualify! Today is day 445 for me. Logging my food and saying hello to MFP friends is something I hope to do for a very long time. I love the support, advice, and friendship found on this site.

I was an overweight mother and I had my child by c-section, so I hear ya! I started at 230 originally, but I'm down to 140 now! It's been a long road and I'll probably always have the little c-section pooch, but it is doable. Feel free to add me if you like. I'm on here everyday to give and receive encouragement :)
