I try to only count my exercise calories if it makes me breath harder than normal. I figure it's better to underestimate my calories burned from exercise. basically the "secret bonus calories" that others have mentioned. These add up, since I've lost weight much faster than I would have based simply off my calorie…

I eat pizza all the time. love that stuff. Just don't go crazy with it. Learn to like thin crust and exercise extra that day. That's my advice and it has worked well for me so far.

I eat small amounts of the things I crave, and then for the most part "out of sight - out of mind" helps.

I've never tried them, but I think I'd put them in a coffee grinder and make them into a power before putting them in a smoothie. Just an idea :-)
