The key to weight loss is to eat less and move more. From what you're saying moving even a little bit is more than you're doing now. Go for a walk on your lunch break! Even 15 minutes is a great start!

If I have a desk job BUT I run 2-4 times a week and take a couple of spinning classes, would I consider myself "sedentary" or "moderately active"? Or should I eat like a sedentary person on sedentary days and like an active person on active days? It might sound stupid but I always get tripped up by that.

You only live once, make the most of every day. I always feel better after a workout so I just try to remind myself of that. Also, I'm a much more patient, kind, energetic person when I run first thing in the morning. I'm sure my family appreciates that. LOL

Luckily in my experience weight loss is only 20% exercise and 80% diet. You should be able to lose a fair amount just by eating less, cutting back on sugary drinks, drinking more water and logging what you eat. I think you'd be surprised :)

On vacation this year we were in Daytona while the cheer championships were going on. Holy cow did those girls have nice bodies!!! They were only like 21-22 to be fair, but still! They looked amazing! Very athletic!

We have a restaurant in the building and every morning around 11 they fire up the deep fryer and that's all I can smell! So irritating! At least I know that the restaurant is too expensive for me to eat at! LOL Funny thing is it's a health food restaurant! They must be frying the tempura maybe?
