I guess i am under eating. because some of the days i would burn up to 700-1000 calories in my 2 hour gym session and would only eat up to 1000-1300 calories. I dont check my weight anymore because if i see the scale go up it makes me depressed and i feel like giving up But i have felt change in my mood. I feel more happy…
