Same exact situation. Three kids, wife,etc. Gained over 70 lbs. Depressed and finally making a change!

You look great! My mother had a much more extensive surgery performed and has since dealt with major body dis morphia issues. I recommend chatting with a counselor or support group. It doesn't hurt.
