I'm a little under 5'2 and eat 1200 calories and don't eat back my exercise calories. I lose an average of 0.7 pounds a week.

I will be hiking one of the trails in Sedona, AZ. I have not decide which one yet. Will be hiking for a couple of hours. I live an hour away from Sedona. Will have breakfast and dinner at home and then eat lunch on the trail. I plan a moderate hike.

Good luck on your journey! I committed to eating healthier, exercise, and lose 1 pound a week for a year. After a year, I will either maintain what I lost or continue to my goal weight. I am now at my three month mark! You can do this!
