Legs and Back + Ab Ripper completed last night - I found this ok and enjoyed the fact it wasn't repeated all the time. However, my legs this morning weren't feeling best and it did knock my jogging pace quite a bit this morning. Kenpo will be done later this evening!

Thanks for the reply ! I think I will do my last week 8 run tomorrow including the walks and then from week 9, just track the actual jog itself - that way I will know when I reach the 5k goal !!! I am aiming to do the 30mins run for 2-4 weeks, before then moving on to bridge to 10k :o) xx

So, the next 3 days are going to be the real tester for me as it's where I always go wrong Friday is usually pizza take-out and beer, Sat often ends in pub and eating out and Sunday usually isn't too bad, however my fella's Mum is taking the boys for the day on Sunday so we will probably end up in the pub and eating out…

For me personally, protein doesn't matter, my concerns would be 1. Fat 2. Carbs !!

I totally got my days mixed up and didn't realise I was jogging tonight - I am just back and am yet to start yoga - will do that once I have cooled down a bit !! I hear it is boring??? I can't be dealing with boring, I bore easily !!!!!!

For some reason I can't edit my other post - I have just come back from my jog, he's having his dinner now and still not needing food, I now have 1.5hours of yoga to complete for P90X. If I end up having crackers / ryvita and fruit / yog I'm deffo not classing it as a LNS !!!! RIGHT ???

Day 3 = DONE !! Again, not the type of exercise I'm really after but I didn't find it hard - I alternated between the band and then tins of soup for the repeat ! xx Ab Ripper DVD still skipping then turning itself off so not getting on great with that !!! GRRRRR.

Well, it's an impressive walk I've got going on today - chest still aching from Monday's work out and now *kitten* cheeks, calf muscles and quads are so sore ..... At least it's working ... right !!??!!?? Fingers crossed I can get day 3 out the way when the little one has his nap, otherwise it's going to be a VERY late one…
